Our Organisation

Marxer & Partner co-operates with trust companies, accountancy and auditing firms and with banks and asset managers in Liechtenstein and all over the world.

The services of these companies complement those of the law firm in an optimum way and ensure comprehensive advice and support for both corporate and private clients.

Furthermore, the law firm has for decades been performing various formation, administration and representation work for companies, foundations and trusts through its own companies:

 

• The Domar Treuhand- und Verwaltungsanstalt has been advising clients from all over the world with regard to the foundation and administration of companies and foundations in Liechtenstein and other financial centers since 1954.
  
  
• Protec Trust Management Establishment has been acting as trustee of trusts in Liechtenstein and other centers since 1982.
  
  
• The Fundationsanstalt has been acting as legal representative of companies and foundations since 1930.
